With our wedding planning service, for the planning phase, you’ll rely on the experience of the events office, led by Roberto and Gledis, with the support of Tommaso and Elena. For the gastronomic side, Dani — Restaurant Manager — and Chef Marcello will coordinate every detail of the reception, from menu proposals to service organization. If our internal staff is unavailable on your chosen dates, we can suggest trusted external wedding planners we’ve worked with for years.

If you’d like to add a special touch to your wedding, we’re happy to offer a wide range of extra services: from vintage car and Vespa rentals to live painting or photo booths. Additionally, we can arrange fireworks, photo booths, and wedding favors. Every extra will be meticulously planned, in line with your desires and budget. We also take care of logistics for guest transportation. Thanks to our convenient location, easily accessible from both Florence and Pisa airports, we can arrange transfers for your guests to ensure everyone arrives comfortably and on time for your wedding in Tuscany.
