Borgo Divino and the Maiano estate: naturally organic
The close bond between organic farming and Gianfranco Nigi dates back to 1984, when he implemented a project in Montespertoli which was to culminate in the Maiano Estate in 2000. As well as organic wine, the estate also produces oil, beer, vinegar and durum wheat, from which we make our organic pasta of ancient Montespertoli grains.
